Overland To Egypt. Inspired by Peggy Iris Thomas, Gordon May travelled from the UK to Egypt and back on a 1952 BSA D1 Bantam called 'Peggy'. His book of the journey, which includes the story of his search for Peggy Iris Thomas, is now available.

The BSA Bantam Club. A club for riders and enthusiasts alike; to encourage members to get maximum use of, and enjoyment from, BSA Bantams. The club now has more than 600 members and produces a quarterly magazine, Bantam Banter.

The BSA Owners Club provides essential information and support for all BSA owners, including technical support, machine dating, events to attend and a network of branches where you can meet fellow BSA enthusiasts. Club members receive a 40 page monthly magazine, The Star.

Horizons Unlimited. A website dedicated to the overland motorcycle traveller and packed full of useful information. The forum, The Hubb, offers great support to travellers.

Author Peggy Iris Thomas loved her Airedale, Matelot, and I'm sure she would have been a big supporter of the work done by Airedale Rescue. Please have a look at their website, www.aiedalerescue.org.uk
